1st Place at the CMIS Case Competition (April 2022)

The 2022 case competition consisted of teams across all sections of ISTM 410. The case portrayed the problem (an insurance company which wanted to digitalize their paper processes), and asked us what our potential recommendations and strategies would be. Our team analyzed the goals, potential benefits, costs, risks, risk mitigation, and success criteria for the company's digital transformation. Then, we gathered data from customer reports to support our suggested strategy recommendation.
